Biography
He is Professor of the School of Endocrinology of Pisa.Physician surgeon specializing in Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases and in Nuclear Medicine. Director of Thyroid Care Centers in the cities of Pisa, Milan, Rome, Benevento, Lecce and Palermo. He deals with the treatment with 131-I (radiometabolic therapy) for patients with hyperthyroidism, in its various forms, and with differentiated thyroid carcinoma
